North Oaks Hospice Hosts Annual Memorial Service

[HAMMOND, LA]-More than 50 guests recently attended a Memorial Service hosted by North Oaks Hospice to honor former patients who passed away this year. The Memorial Service is a component of the North Oaks Hospice Bereavement Program, which provides support to family members and caregivers for 1 year following the patient's passing.

Photos of more than 100 patients were displayed, and families and caregivers enjoyed an uplifting program of speakers, video and music. The name of each patient was recited as their loved ones were presented with a memory tile as a keepsake. Fellowship and refreshments followed the program.
