No matter where North Oaks employees find themselves, their calling to
help others is strong.
Recently, a stalled SUV stopped traffic flow on Emergency Services Drive.
Information Technology Analysts Matt and Colby, who were traveling in
the opposite direction, realized the situation, made the choice to stop
and approached the SUV’s driver to offer their help. They pushed
the SUV out of the roadway to further assist the driver and allow traffic
to flow. Matt and Colby are deserving of recognition because they made
a choice to help someone in need rather than continue on their way. Their
actions are shining examples of the 4Cs Standards of Behavior in action—Communication,
Compassion, Commitment and Courtesy.
