National Trauma Awareness Month: Sprains and Strains

May is National Trauma Awareness Month. This year, North Oaks encourages you to play it safe and prevent sports injuries. Strains and sprains can result in pain, bruising, swelling and loss of strength or stability in the injured limb or joint.
