Well Baby Nursery Certified Nursing Assistant Cynthia has been honored
with the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for December 2014.
Cynthia joined the North Oaks team in 2008 as a nursing assistant on the
OB/GYN Unit and accepted her current position in 2009. She attended Northshore
Career College in Hammond.
“Cynthia is a team player and is always willing to jump in and lend
a hand. She is an asset to both patients and coworkers,” comments
Vice President of Patient Services Kirsten Constantino.
A Covington native, Cynthia and her husband Jason live in Bedico. They
are the parents of five children, Jennifer, Joey, Alexa, Brandon and Nathaniel,
and are expecting their first grandchild in July.
Cynthia enjoys craft making, party planning, camping and spending time
with her family.
“Any time I care for a newborn, I treat him or her with the same
tenderness and attention that I would give my own children and will give
