Andrew has attended workouts he couldn't participate in, filmed practices, and made himself available and useful in countless ways. You never hear a negative thing come out of her mouth. Regardless of how busy she is she will take the time to help anyone out. It can be with school work or younger players working on a particular skill. She does some many little things that often go unnoticed or thanked, but that never stops her from doing them. She doesn't do it for the recognition but because that is just the type of person she is. She does then not for the accolades but because it is what is best for the team.
