These comments and others like them showcase the patient care that has earned North Oaks Physician Group and North Oaks Diagnostic Services prestigious 2017 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Awards®. North Oaks Physician Group and North Oaks Diagnostic Services also received Guardian of Excellence Awards in 2016 and 2015.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally recognized symbol of achievement in health care. As recipients of this award, the North Oaks Physician Group and North Oaks Diagnostic Services teams are ranked among the top 5 percent of health care services in the nation in sustaining the highest level of patient satisfaction over a one-year period from May 2016 to April 2017.

North Oaks Physician Group offers a network of 11 primary care and 27 specialty clinics staffed by nearly 100 providers across Tangipahoa and Livingston parishes.

North Oaks Diagnostic Services provides services for outpatients at three locations: North Oaks Medical Center and North Oaks Diagnostic Center in Hammond, as well as North Oaks-Livingston Parish Medical Complex in Livingston, Louisiana. Diagnostic services include tests, procedures and therapies that generally do not require a hospital stay, such as: MRI, CT scans, ultrasounds, mammograms, X-rays, bone densitometry scans, interventional radiology procedures, sleep studies, nuclear medicine and EEGs. Other outpatient diagnostic services recognized include: heart health services, infusion therapy, laboratory and respiratory therapy.
