Revenue Integrity Director Yessica Honored as Leader of the Month for July 2017

Revenue Integrity Director Yessica has received the North Oaks Health System Leader of the Month Award for July 2017.

"I believe in thoroughness and giving 110 percent," shares Yessica.

Yessica joined the North Oaks team in 2012 as an Operations Decision and Strategic Support Analyst. In 2013, she became Revenue Integrity Manager and was promoted to Revenue Integrity Director in 2014.

Born in California and raised in Indonesia, Yessica now makes her home in Hammond.

She attended Southeastern Louisiana University on a tennis scholarship and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

The Daily Star honored Yessica as a “Future 40” honoree this year.

Professionally, Yessica belongs to the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Whether traveling to new places or trying new foods, Yessica values new experiences. She also enjoys listening to music and watching good movies as pastimes.
