Print Shop Supervisor Luke Named North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month for January 2018

Print Shop Supervisor Luke has received the North Oaks Health System Employee of the Month Award for January 2018.

"I support an incredible team working to improve lives, every time, with every touch," Luke shares.

Luke joined the North Oaks team in 1980 in his current position as Print Shop Supervisor.

He was born in Independence and attended Bonnabel High School in Metairie.

Besides being a master printer, Luke also is a graduate of the Marine Mechanic Institute. Luke and his wife Connie live in Hammond. They have two adult children – Chastity and Arial. They also have two grandchildren — 8-year-old Gracelynn and 5-month-old Annie.

Luke is an active member of In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association and is a past master of Masonic Lodge No. 288 in Ponchatoula.

Luke’s hobbies include fishing and riding motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles.

“Luke has a passion for his work and is always looking for the opportunity to help others," affirms Creative Manager Pam Cantrelle. "He plays a key role in overseeing that each of North Oaks’ publications is beautifully printed. We are fortunate to have him on our team.”
