DBA/Programming Supervisor Chris has been honored with the North Oaks Health
System Employee of the Month Award for July 2018.
"It's rewarding to know that our work enables our providers to
match their expertise with electronic medical record technology to best
care for our patients," shares Chris.
In 2009, Chris joined the North Oaks Information Technology team as a Programmer/Analyst.
In 2011, he became Database Administrator (DBA), and in 2017, he was promoted
to DBA/ Programming Supervisor.
He is a two-time North Oaks Employee of the Month Award recipient. He first
received the honor in September 2011.
A native of Alexandria, Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer
Information Systems through Northwestern State University in Natchitoches.
He lives in Hammond with his wife Kristy and their children: Christian,
13; Daniel, 12; Riley, 11; and William, 3.
Away from work, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing and playing ice hockey. He’s
also a Crossfitter, who enjoys testing his endurance through GORUCK challenges.

to supporting the health system’s information and technology needs.”
