Medicine Unit Staff RN Kaitlin has received the North Oaks Health System Nurse Excellence Award for July 2018.

"Even the smallest of gestures can make a difference," shares Kaitlin.

In 2016, she became a Staff Registered Nurse on the unit. She also serves on the Professional Development Committee of the hospital’s Nursing Shared Governance Council.

Kaitlin likes to spend her time outside of work with her family, boyfriend and two dogs. She also enjoys gardening and crafting.

“Kaitlin works tirelessly to bring comfort and healing to her patients, who often refer to her care as ‘top-notch’ and ‘above and beyond the call of duty,” affirms Medicine Unit Clinical Nurse Manager Shana Hernandez.
