Connect with Community Resources to Help Manage Diabetes at a Free Talk Sept. 10

North Oaks Diabetes Education and the City of Hammond will co-host a free talk Tuesday, Sept. 10, to help those with the condition find available community resources to help them live their best lives.

The free group meeting will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. in the E. Brent Dufreche Conference Center, located within North Oaks Diagnostic Center at 15837 Paul Vega, M.D., Drive in Hammond. No physician referral or pre-registration are required.
