Revenue Management Director Michelle has received North Oaks Health System's
Leader of the Month Award for April 2018.
Michelle joined the North Oaks team 25 years ago in 1992. Over the years,
she has served in several finance-oriented positions, including: Medical
Office Supervisor, Senior Financial Accountant, Budget Accountant, Accounting
Program Manager, Operations/Decision Support Program Manager and Revenue
Management Manager. She was promoted to her current position of Revenue
Management Director in 2009.
"My team and I work to keep North Oaks healthy financially, so we
are here when people need us," shares Michelle.
Michelle graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor’s
degree in Accounting.
Michelle lives in Hammond with her husband Michael and daughters: Caroline,
18; Grace, 15; and Morgan, 12.
Her favorite way to spend time away from work is with her family. She also
enjoys outdoors activities, including hiking, going to the beach and learning
how to snow ski.
