Human Resources Secretary Lindsay has received the North Oaks Health System
Employee of the Month Award for June 2018.
In 2007, Lindsay joined North Oaks as a Day Care Attendant. Later that
year until 2015, she worked in Rehabilitation Services. She started out
as a Tech and progressed to Program Assistant and then Reimbursement Analyst.
She returned in 2017 as Secretary for the School of Radiologic Technology
and Human Resources. She became Human Resources Assistant in 2018.
"I put my heart into brightening others' lives," shares Lindsay.
Lindsay attended Southeastern Louisiana University, where she studied Elementary
Education and Business.
Born in Boulder, Colorado, Lindsay and her husband Seth, who also is a
North Oaks employee, live in Ponchatoula with their daughter Lily Grace,
5. Seth is an Electronic Medical Record Analyst and was Employee of the
Month in September 2017.
Lindsay loves to bake, paint and make crafts. With Seth on guitar, she
also enjoys singing with Natalbany Baptist Church’s Praise and Worship Team.

she approaches every situation with positivity," affirms Employee
Services Director Tracy Pettigrew. "She always finds a way to bring
out the best in others and makes everyone feel appreciated and respected!“
