We Are Here For You
Each insurance plan is different and can be complex. We know that it’s
important that you know what your expected out-of-pocket costs will be
as soon as possible. That’s why North Oaks Health System has specialists
who research your coverage, benefits and financial responsibilities for
you each time you visit the hospital, and can help get answers to any
questions you may have.
For patients who might have difficulty paying out-of-pocket expenses, our
financial counselors can:
- Help set up a convenient payment plan so patients can pay for services
over a period of time; and/or
- Determine if the patient is eligible for Medicaid, and help with the enrollment
process; and/or
- Determine if the patient is eligible for Charity Care. This program is
offered to patients who meet specific income guidelines. If approved,
additional financial assistance could be provided.
