Employee Services Director Tracy has received North Oaks Health System's
Leader of the Year Award for 2017.
In 1995, Tracy joined the North Oaks Human Resources team as Secretary.
She rose through the ranks as an Assistant, Administrative Assistant and
Executive Assistant over the next 5 years. In 2000, she was promoted to
Employment Coordinator and accepted her current leadership role in 2013.
"From the point of application to retirement and their careers in
between, I love building relationships with our employees," Tracy shares.
She is pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration through
LSU in Shreveport. She also is certified as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute™ and
a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources
Management.
Tracy and her husband Darren live in Albany and have two sons, 20-year-old
Jacob and 16-year-old Landon. They belong to Woodland Park Baptist Church.
She belongs to the Livingston Parish Rotary Club and a 2015 graduate of
the Leadership Livingston program.
