Excellence Award®. The clinics also received Guardian of Excellence

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award® is a nationally recognized
symbol of achievement in health care from the industry’s leader
in measuring, understanding and improving the patient experience.
As recipients of this award, North Oaks clinics are ranked among the top
5 percent of health care services in the nation in sustaining the highest
level of patient satisfaction over a one-year period from May 2017 to
April 2018.
