You're all set, thank you for volunteering your time!
Hospital on Top (HOT) Team Program Guidelines:
- Volunteers should arrive 15 minutes prior to their shifts.
- Dress code requirements may vary by event; however, North Oaks Health System
T-shirts are distributed to volunteers for most events. Comfort and professionalism
should always be considered.
- Those not able to work an assigned shift should contact the event coordinator
as soon as possible.
- It is the responsibility of the volunteers to find replacements. No-shows
are reported to department directors. After two occurrences, employee
will become ineligible to volunteer for one year.
- Because of the volunteer nature of the HOT Team program, mileage to and
from event locations is not reimbursable.

Coordinated by North Oaks Health System’s Business Development division,
